He helps customers in guiding with multiple programs offered at Arrowhead and helps coordinating schedules for Coaches. He brings an excellent organizational skills and a great people person. Prof. Kapil

A Strong Tennis Enthusiast supports customer service, helps customers in day to day business operations and Finance. Kapil comes with over thirty years of faculty experience and enjoys playing tennis to keep fit, Kapil focuses on coordinating schedules for coaches based on customer’s needs. He supports helping customers in choosing the right programs based on multiple factors. He brings vast knowledge to describe the multiple programs offered at Arrowhead.

Uma Metha

Mrs. Uma brings a strong accounting background with over 25 years of experience in finance to Arrowhead. In addition she supports customer relations and scheduling activities. She has excellent people skills and overseas finance and audit functions.

Ben Monroe
|
|
Ben is a certified teaching professional with over 25 years of experience in teaching and coaching Juniors & Adults. Ben has coached on the ATP & WTA professional tours, and USTA junior tennis at Local, Sectional, & National Tournaments. He has been a Junior Academy Development Coach in the Missouri Valley USTA Section & Ohio. Junior students have competed and won National Titles in the Easter Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, and Copper Bowl. Ben has been a Junior Coach of a USTA Area Training Center, USTA Intersectional National Event(16), and at National USTA Clay Court, Indoors, and Hardcourt Championships. Junior students have obtained College Scholarships and had successful careers. Most recently Ben has travelled with his son, Nicholas on the ATP Mens’ Professional World Tour. Ben has coached at the US Open, Wimbledon, Australian Open Grand Slams, and the Indian Wells Professional Event. Other International Events coached were in India, Japan, Australia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Tasmania, Korea, Brazil, Nigeria, Ukraine, Canada, Uzbekistan, Mexico, England and New Caledonia. Ben brings his management & coaching experience which encompasses “Pee Wees to Pros”.

Derek Straut

|
Derek Straut brings over 20 year of Coaching experience trained several middle states & Florida players within and around Princeton area. He predominantly focused on Tournament level players, he played division III tennis for University of Hartford 79-83. he received certification from the professional tennis registry and certification from the U.S.P.T.A, in May 1984. Derek is a lifetime member of USTA and worked for the Princeton Tennis Program, Princeton from June 2002 to June 2009. He served as assistance tennis coach for the Scottsdale Community College men's tennis team in Sept 1987 -88 - 1987 -1995 Certified NTRP verifier.

Mike Humes

Mike Coordinates USTA Team Tennis for Arrowhead and he assists in helping in Junior Clinics. Mike Brings over 25 years of tennis teaching experience, and he personally enjoys playing tennis at a high level. Mike also has refereed several USTA tournaments and Umpired Tennis matches at middle states.

Robert Pracher

Bob has been coaching tennis for over 15 years and has developed several players to play at collegiate level. Bob has helped many players guide and recruit at College recruiting process. Bob uses high level professional ball machines to conduct drills and clinics for Juniors & Adults and has helped reduce the learning curve for beginners and helped adults drills challenging based on individual needs.
